The course is divided into two parts:
The first part consists of theoretical lectures made up of 5 core courses in scientific research:
• STUDY DESIGN
• Biostatistics
• SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
• META ANALYSIS
• MEDICAL WRITING
Once you enroll in the program, you will have access to view the lectures through our mobile app or website at any time that suits you.
The second part
After completing the theoretical lectures, you will join a research group and work on a real research topic that will be selected, and in the end, the research will be published in an international journal.
- Theoretical: It takes about one to one and a half months, depending on each doctor’s availability.
Practical: It takes one to two months, starting from the selection of the research idea until the completion of the research.
You will need to dedicate 10 hours per week, either divided daily or over the weekend, in order to complete the course within the expected time frame.
You can join starting from your second year of study.
You only need a laptop with standard specifications and internet access.
Yes, you can defer joining the practical group at any time throughout the year. Once you are available, you can join again.
The research topic will be chosen after joining the practical group based on the ideas of the doctors in the group, ensuring it aligns with scientific research criteria and is valid. The topics will be related to the medical field and all of its specialties, such as drugs, diseases, treatments, etc.
A new practical group begins every two months, and it will be announced in the WhatsApp group. Once the doctor is ready and interested in participating, a poll will be conducted in the WhatsApp group to confirm participation.
- For those interested in preparing for foreign equivalency exams, publishing scientific research is now a basic requirement for acceptance in the equivalency exams (ORE, USMLE, PLAB).
